Our return policy is 15 consecutive days. After 15 days of purchase, unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
Our articles are, as a rule, exempt from return, as a way of guaranteeing their hygiene and safety, with the exception of checking for non-compliance with the contract, that is, if the good in question proves to be defective, does not function as advertised or does not correspond to the acquired one, being due to error on our part.
In order to make a return, the product may not have been used, it must be in the same condition in which it was received and in the original packaging.
To make the return, present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (when applicable)

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will send an email to notify you that we have received it for return. We'll also notify you about your approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method within a few days.

Redemption delayed or not received (when applicable)

If you have not yet received the refund, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be released.
Generally, there is a processing time before launching a refund.

Goods on offer (when applicable)

You can only request the refund of products with normal price. Unfortunately, it is not possible to claim reimbursement of goods on sale or with discount.

Exchanges (when applicable)

We only exchange products shipped defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send an email to hello@queeniecosmetics.com and send your product to: Rua 28 de Janeiro, 350, S19, 4400-335 Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a present during the purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate with the same value as the purchase. You will receive a gift voucher by postage when we receive the returned product.
If the product was not marked as a present during the purchase, or if the offerer sent the product to himself to deliver it in person, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift. This person will know that you requested the return.

Freight

To return the product, you must send it to: Liefdevolle Cosmetics, Lda - Rua 28 de Janeiro, 350, S19, 4400-335 Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.
You will be responsible for the payment of the freight to return the product. We do not refund the freight. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the return shipping time may vary.
If you are returning a product, you should charter a transportation service with tracking or transport insurance. We can not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
